Professionally staffed by a qualified (ITEC Level 3 Holistic Massage) and experienced masseur who know how to relax and relieve you. There are a number of treatments available, if you would prefer a more bespoke service just contact us to discuss.

• Full body massage – this massage as the name implies covers all parts of your body, do let the therapist know if there is any area of your body you would prefer not to have massaged.
• Deep tissue massage – this massage normally covers the trunk and legs and goes deeper (more pressure) into the muscles to aid recovery from exercise, various strains.
• Lower back massage – this massage covers the base of the back and buttocks into the thighs, helps relieve strains in the lower back casued by modern living siting driving or at a computer all day.
• Shoulders/Neck massage – this massage works on relieving tension built up in the shoulder and necak areas.

Prices are based on time the standard charge is £40 for an hour, shorter and longer sessions are available just ask in advance if you would prefer a non standard session or therapy.
